Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and provide competitive freight quotations for import and export shipments.
  • Obtain and compare freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport vendors.
  • Maintain and regularly update ocean freight, air freight, and local charges.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers, co-loaders, overseas agents, and other service providers.
  • Analyze market rates and competitor pricing to maintain competitive quotations.
  • Calculate complete shipment costs, including freight, origin/destination charges, customs-related charges, transportation, documentation, and other applicable fees.
