Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive – Team Leader to lead the pre-sales team, manage and qualify leads, ensure effective follow-ups, coordinate site visits with the sales team, and drive lead conversions. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of pre-sales/inside sales experience, team-handling experience, and strong Gujarati & Hindi communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor & supervise the Pre-Sales Team.
- Allocate leads and monitor team performance.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and qualify leads.
- Ensure proper follow-up and lead nurturing.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Track lead conversion and team performance.
- Handle customer queries related to projects, pricing & availability.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze data to improve lead conversion.
- Track marketing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Gujarati & Hindi – Speaking, Reading & Writing mandatory
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of CRM tools & MS Excel
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
