Payroll Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations and support HR functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee record management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and related documentation.

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, salary data, and payroll registers.

Prepare salary sheets, payslips, payroll reports, and MIS reports.

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records.

Respond to employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and benefits.

Update and maintain HRMIS and employee databases.

Support recruitment activities, joining formalities, and other HR operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and payroll regulations.

Proficient in MS Excel and HR/Payroll software.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
