Job Description
Order Dispatch:
- Receive incoming stock, check quantity and condition (inward)
- Pick, pack, and label orders for Amazon, Flipkart, and website customers
- Scan orders and mark them ready for dispatch in the system
- Hand over packed shipments to courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.)
Return Order Processing:
- Receive customer returns and RTO (undelivered) shipments daily
- Open and check each returned product — condition, missing parts, wrong item claims
- Take photos/videos of damaged or wrong returns as proof for marketplace claims
- Mark each return in the system: sellable (back to stock), damaged, or repair
- Move good returned stock back to the correct rack, and damaged stock to the QC/unsellable area
- Report daily return counts to the supervisor
Stock & Housekeeping:
- Do stock counting and keep racks organized (FIFO)
- Keep the warehouse clean and follow packing quality rules
