Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented MIS & Data Entry Executive to handle daily data entry, MIS reporting, Excel work, record maintenance, and basic dispatch activities. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain Excel sheets, trackers, and department-wise data.
• Check and correct data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
• Maintain dispatch records and support basic dispatch-related activities.
• Handle basic computer operations, email, printing, scanning, and documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.

• Skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Basic knowledge of data entry, dispatch, and documentation.
• Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn new software and processes.
