Job Description
Office Boy / Office Assistant. We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other basic refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Handle basic pantry work and ensure the pantry is clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises.
- Maintain the office In/Out Register and record visitor and staff movements as required.
- Assist with basic office errands and administrative support when needed.
- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are properly organized and report shortages.
- Perform other general office support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of pantry and office housekeeping work.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
