Job Role For Telesales / Telemarketing

• Data Verification & Outreach : Calling leads to confirm personal details (name, employment, income, existing liabilities, city of residence).
• Documentation Guidance : Informing prospects about necessary KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, salary slips, bank statements) required for processing.
• Eligibility Screening : Checking preliminary criteria like age, minimum salary thresholds, credit score basics, and loan purpose.

Job Role For For Pickup And Drop

• Document Collection: Customers se milkar unke Identity Proof (Aadhaar, PAN), Address Proof, Bank Statements, aur ITR collect karna.
• In-Person Verification (IPV): Customer ki details ko physically cross-check karna, unke signature lene, aur form ko sahi tarike se fill karwana.
• Data Processing: Collect kiye gaye documents ko mobile app/system par upload karna ya office (branch) mein submit karna.
• Customer Coordination: Customers ko call karke unke sath meeting ka time schedule karna aur missing documents ke liye follow-up karna.
• Safety & Confidentiality: Customer ke sensitive financial documents ko safely hand over karna aur unka privacy maintain rakhna.
