MIS Executive - Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join Paradise Markcom Pvt Ltd, a leading Samsung authorized mobile distributor in Gujarat with a network of 300+ dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales, stock and dealer performance reports in Excel
• Track Samsung scheme claims (RISE, SPL, Special Support) and ensure accurate data entry
• Prepare MIS reports for management using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and SUMIFS
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Executives (TSE) and Team Leaders across Gujarat for data collection
• Reconcile dealer claim data and support the claims processing team
• Maintain accuracy and timely updates of all back-office records
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF/SUMIFS formulas)
• Good data entry speed and accuracy
• Basic English communication, Hindi/Gujarati preferred
• Prior experience in distribution/FMCG/telecom industry back-office role preferred
• Fresher with strong Excel skills also welcome
