Associate – International Voice Process (Medical Record Retrieval)

🕒 Shift: US Shift

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves communicating with healthcare providers, hospitals, insurance companies, and medical facilities in the US to retrieve and verify medical records while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and medical facilities in the US.

Retrieve and verify medical records and related information.

Follow up on pending requests and maintain regular communication.

Update and maintain records accurately in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of requests.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.

Eligibility

Graduate or Undergraduate.

1–2 years of experience in International Voice Process or Medical Record Retrieval preferred.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Good computer knowledge and typing skills.

Comfortable working in the US Shift.
