Job Description
- Field Surveys & Lead Generation: Conduct on-ground surveys and market research in designated local areas to find potential clients. [1, 2]
- Public & High-Footfall Engagements: Visit high-traffic locations such as petrol pumps, shopping malls, commercial hubs, or community events to pitch products and collect customer contact details (e.g., getting coupon/lead forms filled). [1, 2]
- Product Promotion: Explain basic features of Bajaj Capital's financial, investment, and insurance offerings to prospective clients. [1, 2]
- Database & MIS Reporting: Enter generated leads into the company's digital database and submit daily MIS/activity reports to supervisors. [1]
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with tele-sales and branch sales teams to pass warm leads forward and help convert field interest into business revenue
