Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, event coordination, and customer engagement within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and online advertising platforms.
• Coordinate with sales teams to generate and nurture qualified leads.
• Manage property listings on real estate portals and company websites.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and promotional videos.
• Organize property launch events, exhibitions, site visits, and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, photographers, and other vendors.
• Maintain the company's social media presence and respond to customer inquiries.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Assist in branding initiatives and public relations activities.

Required Qualifications

• 10th, 12th, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
