About the Role: D&V Business Consulting works exclusively with SME/MSME manufacturing clients, helping them bring structure and discipline to their shop floor and back-office operations. We're hiring a Lean Consultant to lead hands-on operational improvement projects across our client base.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Lean initiatives on the shop floor — 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination (7 Wastes/TIMWOOD)
• Improve quality systems using tools like FMEA, root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone), and CAPA tracking
• Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives — improve OEE, reduce MTTR, build Autonomous Maintenance practices
• Map and optimize processes using Value Stream Mapping (VSM); reduce cycle time and lead time
• Prepare clients for ISO and other third-party audits
• Work with client ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) to fix data recording, traceability, and reporting gaps
• Handle end-to-end areas: production planning, quality control, maintenance, inventory management, and workplace safety

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years in manufacturing, production, or operations (real factory-floor experience, not just consulting)
• Strong working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools — practical exposure over textbook knowledge
• Comfortable working directly with shop-floor teams and operators
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green/Black Belt) is a strong plus
• Prior exposure to auto-component or process manufacturing clients is a bonus
