Job Description

Lead Program Office & Solution Design

  • Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions, tailored to the needs of diverse adult learners. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and translate complex technical content into engaging and accessible learning experiences. 
  • Implement and evaluate curriculum frameworks that align with the business unit’s focus on community development and the UN SDGs. 
  • Develop assessment tools and methodologies to measure training effectiveness and learner outcomes. 
  • Utilize project management skills to oversee the end-to-end development of instructional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. 
  • Integrate modern instructional technologies and digital tools to enhance learning delivery and engagement. 
  • Conduct needs analysis and learner profiling to ensure training programs are relevant, inclusive, and impactful. 
  • Monitor and report on training program performance, providing data-driven insights to improve future initiatives. 
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional design, adult learning, and educational technologies to continuously innovate learning solutions. 
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Skills and Education unit’s objectives and broader Adani Group mission. 

Required Qualifications & Experience 

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field, with a focus on adult learning principles. 
  • Proven expertise in project management, including the ability to manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously. 
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing assessments to measure training effectiveness and learner outcomes. 

 

Educational Background 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field. 
  • Certifications in instructional design methodologies or project management (e.g., PMP, CPLP) are preferred. 

 

Years & Type of Experience 

  • 15+ years of experience in instructional design, with a strong emphasis on technical and curriculum design for adult learners. 
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale training projects within a corporate or educational setting.
