Roles & ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, online platforms, and other lead sources.

• Generate qualified leads for IT consulting and staffing services.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, and social media platforms.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/business development team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
• Understand client requirements and share relevant company services.
• Update lead status and daily activities in CRM or internal tracking systems.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
• Stay updated with market trends and IT industry requirements.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and consulting industry.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and lead generation tools.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
