Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
  • Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform data entry in Tally and ERP systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and update inventory records, including stock entries, consumption, and reporting.
  • Assist in audits and support financial planning activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and securely back up financial and inventory data.
  • RequirementsB.Com Graduate (Freshers welcome).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with Tally, ERP, and MS Excel preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
