International Voice Process Agent

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Agents to join our Startup for night shift work from office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle international customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in an international BPO or voice process is an advantage.

Shift Timing

• Night Shift (US/CA Process)
• 5 Days Working (if applicable)

Salary

• ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives
