Inside Sales Executive

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for lead nurturing

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Follow up with leads and prospects regularly
