Job Description – Inside Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)We are looking for an experienced and confident Inside Sales Executive for our Freight Forwarding division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting sales activities for logistics and freight services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inside sales activities for freight forwarding services
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and client follow-ups
• Coordinate with customers regarding shipments, pricing, and service details
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets
• Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and client communication
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Freight Forwarding Sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and shipping processes
• Ability to handle clients professionally
