Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Hub In-Charge to manage bulk kitchen operations, production planning, team management, and timely dispatch of food products while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bulk kitchen operations and production activities.
• Plan production schedules based on business requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 employees.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Manage raw materials, inventory, and wastage control.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain production records and operational reports.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bulk kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and food production processes.
• Proven team-handling and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and food safety.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
