Job Description
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Sourcing & Attracting: Identifying candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone/video interviews to gauge skills.
- Discussing staffing requirements and creating job descriptions.
- Coordinating interviews with internal teams.
- Updating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting on hiring metrics.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitating pre-employment checks and the onboarding process
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
