Job Description

QualificationsMust-have


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as an HR manager in a factory environment with a workforce of over 200 employees

Must be located in commutable distance to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Preferred


Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices

Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working in the manufacturing industry with own labour and contractor labour.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with frequent visits to the Gozaria factory and reside in or relocate to the Ahmedabad / Kalol / Mehsana area
