Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to meet business hiring needs.
* Coordinate workforce planning with department heads and ensure timely hiring.
* Oversee HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, and internal SOPs.
* Draft, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and improvement plans.
* Support employee wellness initiatives and work-life balance programs.
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
