Job Title: Horticulture Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Horticulture Site Supervisor to join our landscaping and garden development team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising landscape projects, managing site operations, coordinating with workers, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise garden and landscape projects on-site.
• Manage daily site activities and labor.
• Ensure proper plantation, irrigation, and landscape maintenance.
• Coordinate with clients and the project team.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Prepare daily work reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance.
• Good knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape execution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle site operations independently.
• Valid driving license (preferred).

Experience: 2–5 years (Preferred)
