Hardware Engineer

• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues.
• Perform advanced hardware replacements of Laptop including:

Ø Laptop Motherboard replacement

Ø Laptop Screen/LCD replacement

Ø Laptop Internal Keyboard replacement

Ø RAM, HDD/SSD replacement

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related hardware.
• Handle preventive maintenance and health checks of systems.
• Coordinate with OEM for warranty and spare part management.
• Maintain service reports and documentation for resolved tickets.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Ensure timely closure of hardware support requests.
