Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and trend-savvy Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating visually compelling content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, stay updated with the latest design trends, and be capable of transforming ideas into engaging visual content.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Media team to conceptualize and design high-quality creatives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Create eye-catching posts, carousels, banners, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
• Design professional logos, branding materials, brand identity elements, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Social Media team to understand campaign objectives, content strategies, and creative requirements.
• Convert content ideas into visually appealing graphics while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop innovative concepts and fresh design ideas aligned with current social media trends.
• Create creatives for festivals, product launches, events, announcements, recruitment campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Edit images, illustrations, and visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI design tools, typography, color palettes, and social media aesthetics.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and branding principles.
• Creative thinking with strong visualization skills.
• Ability to create modern, premium, and engaging social media creatives.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand marketing objectives and convert them into impactful visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
