Overview:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Creative Designer & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging posts, creating reels and visual content, and managing social media platforms across our business verticals. This role is ideal for someone who has strong creative skills, understands current social media trends, and can build engaging digital content to strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Designing & Creative Content

Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials

Create visually appealing graphics aligned with company branding and campaign goals

Develop creative concepts and layouts for digital campaigns and promotions

Edit images, graphics, and visual assets for multiple platforms

Coordinate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines

2. Reel Creation & Video Editing

Create and edit reels and short-form videos for social media platforms

Add basic transitions, captions, music, and effects to enhance engagement

Stay updated with current social media trends and content ideas

3. Social Media Handling

Manage and maintain company social media accounts across various platforms

Schedule and publish posts regularly as per the content calendar

Write basic captions, hashtags, and content descriptions for posts and reels

Monitor engagement and coordinate with the team for campaigns

Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports and insights

4. Branding & Marketing Support

Support marketing campaigns with creative assets and promotional materials

Assist in creating content for company events, employee engagement activities, and branding initiatives

Collaborate with various departments to create design and promotional content as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in graphic designing and social media handling

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software

Knowledge of reel creation, video editing, and social media content creation

Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategies

Strong creativity, communication, and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts
