Full-stack Developer

Biz LogicX Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an Integrated Logistics Orchestrator and single-window solution provider for international Import-Export logistics. The company aggregates global carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, Maersk, airlines) and local partners (CHAs, warehouses, truckers) to deliver end-to-end door-to-door freight, customs clearance, documentation, and compliance services for shippers across Air, Sea, Document/Parcel, and Container freight.

To run and scale these operations efficiently, the company is building its own in-house Shipment Management Portal — a web application that digitizes the entire shipment lifecycle: new shipment booking, carrier and compliance logic, package/dimension management, financial valuation, shipment logs, and an integrated AI assistant for staff support.

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can independently own, build, and continuously evolve our internal Shipment Management Portal. This is a product-ownership role, not just a coding role — the candidate will work closely with operations and management to translate complex, conditional freight-industry business logic (transport mode, nature of shipment, carrier rules, customs documentation, financial valuation) into a clean, reliable, and scalable web application.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working iteratively — taking change requests, refining UI/UX details, and progressively layering new functionality onto an existing, evolving codebase — while maintaining structured documentation of all work delivered.

Technical Skills•    Strong proficiency in front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+); experience with a modern framework (React/Vue/Angular) is a strong plus.

•    Solid back-end development experience: Node.js (preferred), or Python/PHP, with REST API design and integration.

•    Database design and management: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Firebase — ability to design schemas for transactional, document-heavy business data.

•    Experience integrating third-party APIs, ideally including AI/LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar).

•    Familiarity with Google Apps Script / Google Workspace integrations is a plus (the existing prototype is GAS-based).

•    Understanding of cloud hosting and deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure / Vercel / DigitalOcean), version control (Git), and basic CI/CD practices.

•    Good eye for UI/UX detail — form usability, responsive layouts, conditional field rendering, and data validation.

•    Ability to produce clear technical documentation for delivered work.

Domain / Soft Skills•    Prior exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ERP, or trade-compliance software is highly preferred (not mandatory, but a strong advantage).

•    Ability to learn and accurately encode complex, conditional business rules (industry terms like MAWB/HAWB, CBM, DIM weight, CSB5, IEC, Ad Code, etc. will be explained by the business team).

•    Strong ownership mindset — comfortable being the sole or lead developer responsible for a business-critical internal product.

•    Excellent communication skills to work directly with non-technical founders/operations staff and convert verbal requirements into working features.

•    Detail-oriented, patient with iterative feedback, and comfortable with frequent, incremental change requests.

•    Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision in a small-company/startup environment.
