Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to expand our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, presenting business opportunities, converting prospects into franchise partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate franchise leads through calls, digital marketing, references, and networking.

Identify and qualify potential franchise partners.

Explain the franchise business model, investment, and return on investment (ROI).

Conduct online and in-person meetings with prospective franchisees.

Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise agreements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise onboarding.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

1–4 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
