**📍 Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site)

**🕒 Shift:** Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

**📅 Working Days:** Monday – Friday (5 Days)

**💼 Experience:** 2+ Years

## Key Responsibilities

* Mentor candidates in Financial Analysis concepts and industry practices.

* Conduct live training sessions and provide practical guidance.

* Prepare candidates for technical interviews and real-world scenarios.

* Review resumes and help candidates explain projects effectively.

* Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.

* Track candidate progress and identify areas for improvement.

* Share current industry trends, tools, and best practices.

* Coordinate with the internal training team to ensure successful candidate outcomes.

## Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis and Corporate Finance.

* Hands-on experience with **Advanced Excel**, **Financial Modeling**, and **Power BI**.

* Basic understanding of **SQL** is preferred.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Passion for mentoring and teaching candidates.
