Finance Executive

Role Overview

·      We are looking for an MBA Finance professional to support day-to-day financial operations, accounting activities, financial analysis, reporting, and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

·      Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

·      Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.

·      Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

·      Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and financial transactions.

·      Perform financial analysis and identify variances against budgets/targets.

·      Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.

·      Assist in GST, TDS, audit, and other statutory compliance activities.

·      Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

·      Support management with financial data and business insights.

·      Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

·      Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting concepts.

·      Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

·      Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

·      Good analytical and numerical skills.

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·      Good communication and coordination skills.

·      Ability to prepare and interpret MIS and financial reports.

Preferred

MBA Finance / PGDM Finance with relevant internship or experience in finance, accounting, MIS, or financial analysis.
