Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of powder coatings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring sales growth in the assigned territory.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the powder coatings segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, OEMs.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing, and payment terms with clients.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding product applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
• Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/ Graduate/ 12 th
• Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in powder coatings, industrial paints, or surface finishing solutions.
• Strong understanding of powder coating products, applications, and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Training and development programs.
