Delhivery Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Executive (Field Recruiter) to join our team in mumbai . The candidate will be responsible for on-ground recruitment of delivery partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and achieving daily hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field recruitment drives to hire delivery partners across various areas in Jaipur.

2. Identify potential candidates and explain the job roles, benefits, and incentives to them.

3. Handle document verification and onboarding processes.

4. Maintain daily hiring reports using Excel and MS Office.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to meet hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in field recruitment or field sales.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel & MS Office).

• Should have a two-wheeler for local travel and three wheeler rider 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
