Job Responsibilities:

* Onboard bike riders for Delhivery's delivery operations.

* Conduct field visits and recruitment campaigns.

* Explain job role, payouts, and incentives to riders.

* Verify rider documents and complete onboarding.

* Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets.

Requirements:

* Minimum Fresher to 1 year of experience in Field Sales or Marketing.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Own Bike & Valid Driving License are mandatory.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate.
