Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – PVC Compounds (Medical Grade & Wires & Cables)

Job Summary:

Drive sales and business growth for PVC compounds used in wire & cable and medical applications. Focus on new customer acquisition, revenue generation, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop market for PVC colour compounds (Wire & Cable / Medical Grade)
• Identify leads, meet clients, and close sales deals
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing
• Manage existing customers and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with production/QC for timely delivery
• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues
• Stay updated on industry standards (IS/IEC, RoHS, REACH, Medical Grade)

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Polymer, Chemical, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation & technical understanding
• Target-driven and self-motivated
