Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market development
• Visit builders, contractors, architects, engineers, dealers, distributors, and project consultants for product promotion
• Promote construction chemical products such as waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, grouts, admixtures, sealants, repair products, and related solutions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and collections
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at project sites
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities and pricing
• Coordinate with distributors, retailers, technical, and dispatch teams for smooth project execution
• Submit sales reports and maintain records of field activities

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in Sales, preferably Field Sales
• Any Graduate
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
