About the RoleGurukrupa Real Estate is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, arranging property visits, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into successful property transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, client interaction, and working in the field.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, references, networking, and field activities.
• Understand clients' requirements for residential and commercial properties.
• Suggest suitable properties based on client requirements and budget.
• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and property owners.
• Negotiate and assist in closing property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the company's CRM/system.
• Stay updated about new projects, property inventory, pricing, and market trends.
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and backend team to ensure smooth transactions.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for client meetings and property visits.
• Basic knowledge of Ahmedabad's real estate market is an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate, field sales, banking, insurance, automobile, or other sales roles is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

Working Hours9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

The role involves regular field visits, client meetings, property visits, and market visits during working hours.
