Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers, corporate clients, business partners, and local markets to generate new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote the showroom’s jewellery products, schemes, offers, and services.
• Generate leads and convert them into showroom visits and sales.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and personal visits.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with the showroom sales team to ensure effective customer handling and successful sales closures.
• Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases, and sales activity records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Confidence in meeting customers and conducting field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream preferred.
• Experience in field sales, jewellery sales, retail sales, FMCG, or other sales industries will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
