Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned areas and meet potential customers daily

Generate new leads and convert them into sales

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Explain products/services to clients and resolve queries

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Submit daily field visit and sales reports

Coordinate with team leaders and management regularly

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and punctuality in field work

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to work in field sales and meet targets

Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and reporting

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
