Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role

Social Amplifiers is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by meeting prospective clients, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. This role requires frequent travel within Ahmedabad and the surrounding areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Meet business owners, decision-makers, and prospective clients to present company services.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and explain value propositions effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad for client meetings and business development activities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or technology-related sales.
  • Good understanding of local business markets in Ahmedabad.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
