Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell industrial safety equipment across Gujarat. The role involves handling both B2B (Institutional) and B2C (Retail/End-user) sales by visiting customers, generating leads, and closing orders. Freshers and experienced are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit industrial clients and retail customers to generate sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Present and explain industrial safety products to customers.
• Generate leads through field visits and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

Eligibility

• ITI or Graduation in any stream.
• 0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
