Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in meeting clients, and capable of generating new business opportunities through field visits.

This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys working in the field, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and direct client interactions.
• Generate business independently by approaching potential customers in assigned territories.
• Attend meetings with qualified leads provided by the Inbound Sales Team and convert them into successful business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Submit daily visit reports and update sales activities in the CRM or reporting system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or above in any discipline.
• Experience in the Finance Industry (Loans, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Investments, or related sectors) will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in field sales may also apply.
• Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Should be comfortable with extensive field travel.
• A valid two-wheeler and driving license are preferred.
