About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Field Sales Executive to develop new business and generate sales in the Ahmedabad market.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting dealers, distributors, interior contractors, architects, builders, and other business clients to promote and sell WhiteRock's interior products.

WhiteRock deals in products such as PVC Panels, WPC Panels, Fluted Wall Panels, UV Marble Sheets, Soffit Ceiling Panels, T-Grid and Ceiling Tiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, builders and other B2B clients.
• Generate new B2B leads through field visits, references and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Promote WhiteRock products and explain product features, pricing and benefits.
• Identify new dealers and business opportunities in the Ahmedabad market.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients within company guidelines.
• Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Track competitor products, pricing and market activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, delivery and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update lead/customer information.
• Ensure timely follow-up until order closure and payment collection.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B / Field Sales preferred.
• Experience in interior, building material, construction material, PVC, WPC, ceiling or related products will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong field sales and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with daily travelling and field visits.
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Target-oriented and result-driven.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Should be confident, professional and good at building long-term customer relationships.
