Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and hardworking candidate to join our solar company as a Field Sales Executive. If you are comfortable working both on the field and in the office, this opportunity is for you.

• Key Responsibilities:Field Visits & Surveying: Visit specified locations and areas provided by the company to inquire about solar installation requirements and generate new leads.
• Calling & Lead Follow-up: Make calls to potential clients using the database and contact leads provided by the company.
• Client Interaction: Conduct initial discussions with clients, explain the benefits of solar energy, and professionally represent the company.
• Office & Field Coordination: Manage a balance of office-based administrative tasks and outdoor field operations as required.
• Requirements & Qualifications:Computer Knowledge: Basic understanding of operating a computer (MS Office, internet browsing, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills to pitch effectively to customers.
• Conveyance: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field travel.
• Salary & Perks (Benefits):No Targets: This position is completely target-free; there are no sales performance pressures.
