Field Sales Executive

• Onboard and manage dealers/distributors in assigned territory

• Achieve primary & secondary sales targets

• Visit retail counters to track visibility and sell-through

• Handle collections and credit terms with channel partners

• Run local schemes, dealer meets, and product launches

• Track competitor pricing and schemes

• Submit daily sales and visit reports

Requirements

• Graduate; MBA preferred, not mandatory

• 2–6 years field sales experience in B2B dealer/distributor model

• Willingness to travel extensively within territory

• Strong negotiation and local language skills

• Own two-wheeler preferred
