Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Field Officer for our manpower and security services company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of security operations, guard handling, client coordination, and field management.
- Supervise and manage security guards deployed at client locations
- Conduct regular field visits and surprise inspections
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and grooming of guards
- Handle client complaints and provide quick resolutions
- Arrange relievers in case of absenteeism
- Train guards on security procedures and emergency response
- Maintain daily reports, duty rosters, and deployment records
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth manpower management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Monitor site performance and maintain service quality
