Factory Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Factory Supervisor to oversee our daily production operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience, ideally within the food industry, and must be comfortable using computers for inventory tracking and reporting. You will be responsible for managing workers, ensuring smooth production workflows, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Worker Supervision: Oversee daily attendance, manage labor shifts, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

·        Work Allocation: Assign daily tasks to workers based on production targets and schedules.

·        Inventory Control: Track raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods using computer systems.

·        Daily Operations: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, log production data, and resolve floor issues promptly.

·        Quality & Hygiene: Ensure the production area meets all food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards.
