“This is my responsibility. I will make sure the work is completed.”

The Factory Manager should not wait for management to identify every problem.

He should see the problem, understand it, take action and keep management informed.

Final ResponsibilityThe Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the factory runs smoothly every day with:

Proper Planning → Proper Production → Proper Quality → Proper Manpower → Proper Material → Proper Maintenance → Proper Dispatch → Proper Reporting.

The ultimate goal is to make the factory system-driven and less dependent on management for day-to-day operations.
