Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales Manager to develop international markets and manage export sales of Indian seeds, spices, and food ingredients. The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales, buyer development, negotiation, and export business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new international buyers and markets.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Documentation, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor international market trends and competitor pricing.
- Participate in international trade fairs and business meetings.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Export/International Sales.
- Experience in Seeds, Spices, Food, Agro, or Agricultural Commodities preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of export documentation and payment terms will be an advantage.
