Digital Marketing Specialist

Zeel Juli Venture Pvt. Ltd. (Zilli Studiio) is looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to manage the company's digital growth, content strategy, paid marketing campaigns, and lead generation activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, content planning, audience research, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for Zilli Studiio as well as creating growth plans for client brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage content strategies for Zilli Studiio's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
• Research trending content formats, audience interests, competitors, and industry trends to create high-performing content ideas.
• Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and creative briefs for the content team.
• Identify what type of content will work for the company and client brands based on market research and audience behavior.
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and creative teams for content execution.
• Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
• Manage YouTube Ads campaigns and optimize performance for better reach and conversions.
• Generate quality leads through paid campaigns and organic marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, conversion rates, and marketing KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with insights and improvement strategies.
• Manage social media growth strategies including engagement, reach, followers, and community building.
• Develop marketing strategies for clients based on their industry, goals, and target audience.
• Support founder personal branding initiatives through content planning and digital growth strategies.
• Optimize content based on analytics, trends, and audience response.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, advertising platforms, and content strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI from campaigns.
