Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing initiatives, build brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through effective digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and other key marketing metrics.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content strategy, and social media engagement.
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and industry best practices.
